Cashback is available only on real-money play.
Cashback does not apply to live games, bonuses, free spins, or tournaments.
Cashback is calculated daily based on your activity.
Cashback is only earned on days where you have made a net deposit and placed bets.
A minimum of 3 KSH cashback must be collected before you can move it to your main balance.
Your cashback from yesterday’s play will appear in your Cashback Balance at 04:00 AM the following day.
To use it, you must transfer it to your main balance within 48 hours — otherwise, the cashback will expire automatically.
Expired cashback cannot be restored.
Cashback funds are credited directly to your main balance with a 1× wagering requirement.
Accounts identified as engaging in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity (e.g., multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or collusion) may have their cashback denied or cancelled.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be violating these rules.
The platform reserves the right to update or modify the cashback program at any time.
